We ship via UPS and FedEx Ground to the lower forty-eight states. For other locations, please contact us to receive a personalized shipping quote.

Your Ice Flow includes simple step-by-step installation instructions, along with premium mounting hardware such as finished standoffs, wall anchors, and screws. Each piece is handcrafted upon order and typically ships within 2–3 weeks. Custom orders may require additional time.
